There is no date of when it was made but it reads- This is to certify that Sheri Johnson is a member in good standing(sitting, lying and crawling, too) of the SAN DIEGO CHARGERS football team, which is herein after called the "Club". Said member is hereinafter called the "Chargette", Recipients of this certificate is hereinafter called "Supervisors" (or, the "sleepless Ones"). The agency issuing this certificate is hereinafter called THE GOLDEN ARROW DAIRY. There is more but I don't want to type in the whole thing. It has my birth date and is signed by a Barrow Hilton, President, Sid Gillman, Head coach general manager and Joe Foss, Commissioner, AFL. Can you tell me anything about this certificate. It has the Goldie seal (a picture of a cow)on it and the Charger's symbol.
